TubeBuddy is a browser extension to help YouTubers succeed by giving the user tools to optimize their content. I was tasked with looking at their pricing page, as the conversion rate was super low for a product that is not expensive and even FREE.
Working with the TubeBuddy team, I was responsible for doing research, both by looking at several other pricing pages and user personas. My goals were to increase conversion rates but putting the ‘Free’ version in the forefront, knowing the user will be more likely to upgrade from there. I was able to take the research I had to create a wireframe which moved into the design. This was just a piece of the overall project which will be a redesign or the entire TubeBuddy website.
